The brief

Make a broad travel service feel edited, not generic.

Outerline needed room for easy vacations and more ambitious journeys without becoming a wall of destinations or discount-led travel content. The positioning centers experiential travel for couples and adults — cities, culture, scenery, nature and activities — while keeping resorts, cruises and guided options easy to understand.

The site uses an ink, warm-paper, ocean and terracotta system with restrained destination imagery and contemporary typography. Instead of forcing every trip into one formula, the content explains where packages help, where a route deserves more curation, and how an advisor adds value across the decisions between them.

What changed

More range without
losing the point of view.

Broad offering, clear hierarchyResorts, cruises, international journeys and tours can coexist without making the homepage read like a supplier directory.
More experiential positioningThe brand leads with how people want to travel instead of presenting itself as a generic booking service or a stream of deals.
A stronger inquiry pathTrip styles and advisor value build context before the planning form asks for dates, preferences and the shape of the trip.
